selection of cheeses and ham

I used to be an avid tea drinker at breakfast time, that has now changed.
You must have good coffee and use an espresso machine. The other important thing for me is the butter. We're currently using a French organic butter called Vrai; but, still on the look out for the perfect salty butter.
Once you have made your coffee, add the gently heated milk (never boil). Lay the table, sit down and enjoy.
My favourite bit is dipping a piece of buttered toast into my coffee.....
