Smoked Salmon Pate /\ |
1 200g packed of smoked salmón slices
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons creme fraiche
few sprigs of fresh dill
Chop the Smoked Salmon. Place all the ingredients into a bowl (except the dill) and using a hand blender bring together. Don't whizz too much as you want to keep a little texture. finish with the fresh dill.
