75g VALOR chocolate puro, pieces
125g unsalted butter
200g soft brown cane sugar
1 free-range egg
4 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
150g plain flour
100g VALOR cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
75g nubes (marshmallows), whatever colour takes your fancy
2 tsp water
2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over barely simmering water, and set aside to cool.
3. In a large bowl cream together the sugar and butter, then add the egg, milk and vanilla essence; whisk in until well combined.
4. Mix in the cooled chocolate.
5. Sift in the flour, cocoa and baking powder, and once combined add the small chocolate pieces.
6. Using metal spoons and a cup of cold water (stops mixture sticking to spoon), spoon mixture onto lined baking tray. Using the back of a spoon press the mixture down to form cookie.
7. Bake for 12 minutes. remove from the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
8. Melt the marshmallows ( with the water) in a small pan over a low heat... then drizzle over your cookies.
